It is also acknowledged by the purchaser and they accept this disclaimer and acknowledge that the use of the invoice-template.net templates will be soley at their risk and that the purchaser acknowledges to the managers and owners of invoice-template.net that they will not seek to take any action and will not be entitled to take action pursuant to this disclaimer resulting from any misuse or illegal use of the documents.
The purchaser further indemnifies the managers and/or owners of invoice-template.net against any action, suit, demand or claim which may be made against the purchaser's resultant from the illegal or wrongful use of the invoice-template.net templates.
